The company was established in 2008 and the head office is based in Vilnius city, in the capital of Lithuania. Texbaltic is the exclusive distributor of the well known and leading trademarks INCANTO, INNAMORE, GLAMOUR, ARGENTOVIVO and MALEMI.

Texbaltic main clients are biggest retail chains, independent stores, wholesale and B2B partners.
